Role Overview
The Civil & Hydraulic Design Engineer will work closely with Australian engineers, project managers, and construction teams to produce accurate and coordinated hydraulic and civil documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Review and Optimization
- Review IFT (Issued for Tender) and IFC (Issued for Construction) consultant drawings to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Optimize pipe, pump, and equipment sizing for constructability and cost-effectiveness.
- Shop Drawing Preparation
- Prepare detailed shop and set-out drawings for:
- Sewer and stormwater drainage
- Domestic cold and hot water systems
- Non-potable water, rainwater, and irrigation systems
- Fire and gas services
- Penetration drawings
