Civil Estimator

My client (Reputed GC in Toronto) is looking for an experienced Civil Estimator for their team. The role has a strong focus on bid analysis, quantity take-offs, and reviewing/preparing tender packages for civil-related work.

• Ideally, an education in Civil engineering (but open)
• Project experience needs to be a mix of buildings and civil work (civil work specifically on transportation stations, subways, airports, maintenance facilities for transportation)
• It would be great to find a mid-senior level estimator, but we know that’s tricky right now. The hiring manager is okay with 5+ years if they have experience with the type of projects above.
• Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience
