Join American Iron & Metal (AIM) as a Civil Engineering Project Manager overseeing impactful projects in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. Lead civil engineering and construction initiatives while collaborating effectively across teams.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering and Projects at AIM, managing civil engineering projects including railway infrastructure and new building construction. With your experience, you will define project scopes, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements with clients
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets
• Coordinate permit applications and regulatory approvals
• Manage the tendering process with procurement teams
• Track project scope, schedule, and budget compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in civil or construction engineering
• Minimum 5 years in project management
