About Your New Role As a Circuit Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing third‑party resources, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders with specified quality standards. This role involves communicating regularly with project managers, reviewing sales orders, prioritizing workload, driving escalations when necessary, and maintaining effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. This is a Full‑Time, 100% Remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Support assigned project managers and the PM team in the provisioning of new orders to business customers for internet, voice, and SDWAN services. Process carrier orders, including new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects. Order Voice Services, including Phones & Porting Numbers. Request & manage dispatches.
