Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Propose, create, define, coordinate and validate FIS corporate strategy in China, taking into account of China market environment status and evolution including but not limited to deep analysis on macro economy, society evolution, regulation, technology and consumer behaviors, OEMs strategy and performance, competition strategy and performance as well as business definition on portfolio, model and development.Lead annual corporate Strategy Plan drafting, coordinate with China Divisions’ Strategy Directors for SP exercise, make corporate SP synthesis for Board of Directors.Ensure and supervise corporate strategy initiatives effective and transversal implementation and deployment with regular progress reviews.
