The Child & Youth Worker (CYW) will provide professional support services to inpatient children & adolescents; and their families at the Owen Sound Hospital. The incumbent is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and providing therapeutic recreational & developmental programming in individual & group settings. The Child & Youth Worker will also be responsible for executing strategies for youth experiencing severe mental illness which includes but, is not limited to: planned daily activities, coordinated treatment interventions, treatment programs, and more.
