Job Summary

For a major industrial plant located in Banda del Río de Sali, Tucumán, we are seeking a Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality/laboratory, processes, and logistics.
• Periodically evaluate production processes, optimize costs, propose projects, and define process standards.
• Plan and schedule production, taking into account stock, raw materials, supplies, labor, and shifts.
• Manage laboratory activities.
• Direct the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and instruments.
• Control warehouse stock and product quality by conducting and analyzing scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
