Purpose of the Role
The Chief People Officer provides strategic leadership and oversight of organizations human capital function, ensuring that people, culture, and reward systems support the organizations developmental mandate, comply with Labour and governance requirements, and enable sustainable organisational performance.
About The Role
This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for integrating human capital strategy with NHFCs strategic objectives. The role advises the CEO, EXCOM, and Board committees on workforce sustainability, transformation, ethics, and people-related risk, while ensuring compliance with PFMA and labour legislation.
