Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the North American leadership team
• Own the operating cadence and drive key cross-functional projects
• Jump on problems that do not yet have a clear owner
• Partner with leadership to refine strategy and priorities
• Build the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems needed to scale
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment
• Demonstrated record of exceptional performance
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong analytical judgment
