Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer
Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer. The Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) is the force multiplier behind that ambition: a trusted partner with the product judgment to make decisions the CPO would stand behind, and the operating discipline to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
As Chief of Staff, you are expected to:
Carry the CPO's product oversight—sitting in product reviews, running them on the CPO's behalf when needed, and reaching decisions the CPO would endorse.
Actively contribute to the definition, monitoring, prioritization, and communication of the product organization's strategy, objectives, and goals.
Design and execute specific projects, from conception through to tracking results.
