Chief Hardware Analog Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits and systems.
+ Define architecture and technical strategy for analog hardware platforms aligned with product and business objectives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analog, digital and product management
+ Drive design reviews, validation, and verification processes to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance
+ Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
+ Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into product development
+ Troubleshoot complex analog design challenges and provide expert guidance on root cause analysis
+ Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization
