The NYC Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the Executive Deputy Commissioner of Administration and working closely with senior staff, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Chief Savings Officer (CSO) will manage the Finance & Procurement Division and be responsible for the agency’s budget and financial functions. The CFO must support all efforts to improve capital project delivery, including internal process reform, innovation, and external oversight regulatory reform.
