As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) , you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of SASCU’s member-facing functions, including Banking, Member Experience, and the Wealth and Insurance divisions. The CMEO is accountable for the coordinated performance of these areas, leading the development and execution of strategies that strengthen member relationships and ensure a consistent, high-quality, member-centric experience aligned with SASCU’s strategic objectives.
