Opportunity Description
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act
- Calculate and oversee corporate income tax (CIT), including withholding tax (WHT)
- Supervise the preparation and submission of tax returns, including VAT declarations
- Oversee accounting processes related to production and inventory (warehouse accounting)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and accounting data
- Coordinate reporting to external institutions (e.g., GUS, NBP)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and consulting firms
- Represent the company before tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
- Work closely with the Management Board and international headquarters
- Drive improvements in financial processes and implement automation initiatives
