We are seeking a Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality catering services to Defence staff. The role involves preparing and presenting meals for daily dining operations, field exercises and in-flight catering requirements.

• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of quality meals across a range of Defence catering services.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes, quality standards and service requirements.
