Chartered Business Valuator

Role Summary As a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), you’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses understand their true worth, empowering them to make informed decisions about sales, purchases, or investments. As a CBV you will be responsible for providing independent, objective valuations of businesses, shares, and intangible assets. This role supports a variety of engagements and applies advanced financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and professional judgment to deliver accurate and defensible conclusions.

Job Duties

Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data, to assess its competitiveness or to estimate its market value.

Perform valuations of private companies, securities, and intangible assets.
