What you will own
- Lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability
- Own full P&L performance: Net Sales, Gross Margin, trade investment, and ROI
- Build and lead customer relationships and negotiations with key accounts
- Drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure execution
