At OMRON Healthcare, we are looking for a Channel Manager to take full ownership of channel performance, strategy, and execution — driving sustainable growth across key accounts and partners.

What you will own

  • Lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability
  • Own full P&L performance: Net Sales, Gross Margin, trade investment, and ROI
  • Build and lead customer relationships and negotiations with key accounts
  • Drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure execution
