Opportunity Description

Elevate organizational change at DUCA as the Manager of Change Acceleration & Communications. Utilize your expertise to steer projects, strategy, and communications effectively across the People & Culture portfolio.

This full-time role reports to the VP of Change Acceleration & Learning and plays a crucial part in executing strategic initiatives. You'll leverage your change management skills to recommend behaviors, drive communication strategies, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Your collaboration with stakeholders will ensure alignment in implementing People & Culture initiatives while tracking progress and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead change acceleration activities for assigned initiatives
• Develop and execute communications plans and content
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor project progress
• Conduct research and provide insightful analysis
• Facilitate meetings, capturing critical outcomes
