Change and Communications Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Manager to lead organisational change and communication strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation and cultural change initiatives.

Reporting to a senior executive leader, this role will partner closely with leadership teams, program stakeholders, and business units to ensure successful change adoption, employee engagement, and benefit realisation across strategic transformation programs.
