Plan and execute international flights in accordance with ICAO, state, and company standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in high-density/complex airspace and airports, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Lead the crew with clarity and calm, fostering a just culture and high-performance team dynamic.
Deliver exceptional, discreet customer service tailored to executive travelers.
Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to optimize on-time performance.
Apply strong SMS and risk management practices, including preflight analysis and threat/error management.
Maintain meticulous operational records, briefings, and post-flight documentation.
