ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Financial Planning:Drive the company's short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategy, aligning it with growth, infrastructure, or construction development goals.
Project-Based Financial Control:Implement and oversee cost control systems and profitability metricsper project(gross margins, budget variances, and project-specific cash flows).
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:Ensure the required liquidity for continuous project operations, managing working capital and optimizing billing, collections, and payment cycles for suppliers and subcontractors.
