My client is entering a critical growth phase and requires a seasoned CFO to partner at board level while remaining close to the operational detail. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the directors to drive strategic and commercial outcomes. You will have gained over 10 years of CFO exposure. This is not a traditional corporate mandate. We are seeking a commercially minded builder—someone with a track record in scale-ups, M&A, and managing complexity across multiple entities. You will bring strong credibility, sharp commercial judgement, and the ability to convert financial insight into decisive action. A key focus will be engagement with banking partners, particularly around funding structures, mergers, and acquisitions.
