CES WAIVER MANAGER

Description

Bost Inc. is seeking a full‑time Community Employment Supports (CES) Waiver Manager in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Applicant must have a BS/BA degree or acceptable experience in Human Services or related field or a minimum of one year’s experience in Human Services or related field. Applicant must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with at least liability insurance.

Responsibilities

As a CES Waiver Manager you will be the liaison between the individual and the assigned Provider Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) to ensure the delivery of services meets the needs, goals, and objectives identified in the Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP). Some responsibilities will include implementing PCSP plans for individuals on assigned caseload, ensuring budget information is completed and submitted timely, ensuring the individual attends all medical appointments and obtains required paperwork.
