+ CPhT certification and call center experience are the most critical things we are looking for.
+ This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100 calls a day.
+ Each call will be related to a specific medication or condition
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology
+ 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
