This role involves conducting DEXA scans with meticulous attention to positioning and quality control. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clinical teams and communicate results effectively to ensure comprehensive care for members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct DEXA scans at key skeletal sites for assessment
• Perform daily calibration and quality control of scanning equipment
• Prepare and ease members during the scanning process
• Analyze and report on bone density and body composition metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
Requirements:
• Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT® strongly preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in DEXA scanning
• Knowledge of osteoporosis assessment tools...
