Certification Manager - Hardware

As a key member of our Hardware team, your work will be essential in ensuring every product meets the regulatory requirements of the markets it ships into. You will own certification programs end to end — setting strategy and scope, coordinating activities across teams and external labs, and driving execution to completion. Global Certification Management Manage Approvals: Drive core (FCC, CE) and regional (LATAM, APAC, EMEA) wireless and EMC certifications. Optimize Scope: Assess products to minimize testing time and costs. Maintain Compliance: Oversee certification records, renewals, and global labeling. Monitor Trends: Track regulatory changes and emerging tech (e.g., 5G). Technical Execution & Troubleshooting Prepare Samples: Configure test devices with the correct firmware and network profiles.
