External Fulfillment (EF) is Amazon's strategic partnership program where we collaborate with Sellers and Vendors to facilitate direct shipments from their warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor core KPIs: OTD, CPT adherence, backlog, defect rate, and productivity.
- Track daily performance and flag gaps vs. target in a timely manner.
- Support dive deeps on recurring issues or when two or more metrics trend out of range.
- Partner with 3PB and Ops teams to follow up on action plans.
- Document root causes, assign owners, and track ETAs until closure.
- Escalate risks impacting service level or carrier execution.
