Center Operations Manager

The Center Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more USO Center(s) operations, managing programs, events and activities at the center and surrounding locations, and supervising operational staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide visitor and guest leadership, ensuring the center is effective, inviting, safe, clean, well‑maintained, and ready for use. Maintain equipment cleanliness and enforce adherence to sanitary guidelines and food‑handling regulations.
• Plan, qualify, and deliver programs on and off U.S. military installations, delivering services, equipment, and events within budget limits; identify and implement operational and program improvements that achieve USO standards of excellence.
• Review program and service needs, research and recommend new programs, and implement and oversee required changes.
