At 48Hour Discovery, we are looking for a dedicated Cell Culture Technician to ensure the upkeep of our over 40 cryopreserved cell lines. This role combines essential hands-on techniques, including passaging, harvesting, and verifying protein expression. The successful candidate will contribute to cell-based biopanning and support experimental data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cell lines: passaging, freezing, thawing, and counting cells
• Verify protein expression using Flow Cytometry (FACS)
• Conduct cell-based biopanning for library screening
• Maintain cell stocks in LN2 tanks and lab equipment
• Assist in experimental data packaging and analysis
