**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Provide oversight of the tools, data, and resources to enable the sales team to drive the business. Responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Ensure their team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. Review company data reports and process market trends to build, lead, change company tactics, and increase sales. Produce revenue forecasts and devise methods of making more accurate predictions. Design and implement company sales strategies, working to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization and recommend revisions to existing reports.
