Job SummaryManage the Order to Invoice process within Colgate-Palmolive Best Practice standards ('Essentials') and partner with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) to ensure effective order-to-invoice fulfillment. Serve as the primary point of contact for order and delivery communications—primarily with internal customers (e.g., CDO)—requiring excellent communication skills. Own end-to-end order management, troubleshoot delivery issues, process returns, and resolve exceptions/claims within Colgate’s Selling Terms and Conditions. Accountable for customer service performance and on-time delivery for assigned accounts.
