The CBHI Intake Coordinator manages all aspects of the registration and admissions process for Northeast Family Services’ five regions in Massachusetts. They are responsible for working closely and extensively with various referral sources throughout the entirety of the referral, waitlist, and assignment process, as well as maintaining client rosters for waitlist, active, transfer, and discharged clients.
