Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and service performance to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
- Continuously gather and disseminate market intelligence on suppliers, materials, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct supplier benchmarking to identify best‑in‑class opportunities and elevate supply base performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and track potential suppliers, maintaining records of those selected for development and those removed from consideration.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers by supporting relevant functional teams and ensuring seamless integration.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with selected suppliers and execute Master Supply Agreements to formalize partnerships.
