Opportunity Description
Reporting to the AVP, Gardening & Outdoor Tools, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivering sales growth and a robust assortment for Canadian Tire and our Associate Dealers through the development and execution of assortment, pricing & promotional plans and continuous improvement to our operations of the Garden Centre.
Responsibilities
- Develop a broad categorical understanding of consumer trends, competitive & market analysis and CTR store executional nuances and requirements
- Financial accountability for category through adherence to predefined CTR strategy objectives and guidelines
- Support assortment analysis and product development in Live Plants
- Setting & delivering against categorical assortment plans and evolve to customer centric measures
