Salary and Benefits
Salary range: 74,800 - 91,400 (35‑hour workweek)
Annual bonus target: 7.5% of base salary with potential for double the target based on personal and company performance.
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of net shares.
Defined benefit pension plan providing guaranteed income for life.
