Casting Call for BIPOC Actors Regina

Karma Film is casting for 'Alien Boy,' a feature film in Regina, SK. Roles available for BIPOC children aged 9-11, with no mature content involved.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in a union (ACTRA) film, directed by Fawaz Al-Maturok. We are looking for a male, aged 9-11, curious about war experiences, and a female, aged 9-10, presenting on heritage. Open to all experience levels, applicants must reside in Regina to ensure local availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Portray a curious child reflecting on war
• Deliver an engaging oral presentation about heritage
• Collaborate with the director on character development
• Attend rehearsals and shooting dates from July 6-31, 2026
• Follow all union guidelines during production
Requirements:
• Must be 9-11 years old for male role
• Must be 9-10 years old for female role
• BIPOC identification required
• Ability to work as a Regina local
• Submit headshot/resume as available
