Casino Conference Center National Sales Manager

**Full-Time | Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The National Sales Manager focuses on building long-term, relationships with customers; maximize hotel/conference usage and produce revenue from corporate and social events to meet sales goals. You will report to the Director of Sales.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will book group business to include guest rooms, conference space, and other casino amenities in assigned territory.
2. Evaluate market/economic trends and introduce appropriate changes in strategy to exceed personal sales goals.
3. You will identify and solicit new business for property through networking with local business and community agencies.
4. Participate in tradeshows within the hotel and trade related organizations and showcase the property to prospective clients.
5. You will conduct sales calls, build rapport and maintain existing business relationships to acquire new business.
