The Case Manager RN supports the Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation Clinic (APEC) Fast Track Program by coordinating care for patients requiring urgent preoperative evaluation prior to surgery. This role serves as a clinical liaison between patients and their families, surgical teams, advanced practice providers, anesthesia attendings, nursing staff, support staff, and ancillary services to facilitate timely completion of preoperative requirements and ensure patients are prepared for surgery.
