Case Manager

Position Summary The Student Support Case Manager (SSCM) housed within the Student Support Care Team and reporting to the Associate Dean of Students for Student Support is a specialized position focused on supporting students and the College community. The SSCM blends direct support with collaboration and consultation with colleagues across campus and external support systems. The SSCM provides non‐clinical student consultation and support, coordinates student referrals, develops reporting systems, and leads efforts to address factors contributing to student attrition and improve student experience and success. The SSCM works with students who struggle with psychological health, physical health, crime victimization, relationship violence/sexual assault, economic concerns, and social adjustment through a variety of interventions, referrals, and follow‐up services.
