Case Manager

Wagner Hills Farm Society is a faith-based recovery centre located in Langley, BC. Wagner Hills is a one year recovery program for men, seeing people through this process with classes, counselling, and rehabilitation through work programs and community programs. We strive to bring healing, growth, and transformation for people on the road to recovery.

This role sits at the intersection of compassion and coordination, guiding applicants from their very first inquiry through every milestone of their recovery program. The Case Manager leads case management while supporting the intake, and transition planning processes, ensuring that every person who walks through the doors of Wagner Hills Farm Society is set up for success from day one. Working in close collaboration with the Client Services Team and Operations Manager, this position is a driving force behind the quality, consistency, and humanity of the program.
