Responsibilities
- Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
- Deliver hands‑on case support using advanced mapping systems, generators, software, pumps, and associated accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead in‑service training to drive successful adoption of mapping and ablation technologies.
- Troubleshoot real‑time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Partner with sales teams to support account growth by providing clinical expertise, technical insights, and customer education.
- Act as a key liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.
