Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through self‑generated internet searches, databases, directories, and other lead listings.
- Set appointments with businesses interested in learning about RPGL services.
- Influence and persuade customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of contacts, addresses, and follow‑ups in the Salesforce CRM.
- Perform heavy phone work, handling 150+ calls per day.
- Engage immediately and effectively with callers.
- Adapt and respond to various situations and personalities.
- Handle rejection over the phone while staying self‑motivated.
- Demonstrate a positive, self‑starter attitude.
