This role supports a new-build retirement community project, focusing on general framing, MDF installation, and drywall patching. You will contribute to a large commercial, multi-family residential, or institutional construction environment, ensuring high-quality finishes and structurally sound work throughout the build.

Responsibilities

• Perform general framing tasks for a new-build retirement community, ensuring structures meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Install MDF components with precision, including trim, panels, and other finish carpentry elements.
• Carry out drywall hanging, including measuring, cutting, and securing panels to framing.
• Complete drywall mudding and taping to prepare surfaces for final finishing.
