Carpenter (Journeyman or Red Seal)

Monk Renovations ( primary focus is residential renovations, which are typically, bathrooms, kitchen, basements & additions.

Qualifications: Duties as a Carpenter include, providing carpentry services for various residential clients and being physically capable of completing these duties:

o  Demolition, Framing, Insulation

o  Drywall (Hang/Mud & Tape) & Painting

o  Flooring (Tile/Hardwood/Laminate/LVT)

o  Trim, Interior Doors & Cabinets

o  Minor Plumbing, Minor Electrical

Organize materials and labour (own & subcontracted) for various renovations projects. Coordinate material delivery as may be required, communicate with client and crews the details of the project, supervise the completion of the work (on time & on budget).
