**Job Description**

This role focuses on concrete formwork and commercial carpentry, with an emphasis on structural concrete for foundations, walls, columns, and decks. You will interpret blueprints, perform accurate layout, and execute both rough and finish carpentry to meet project specifications. The position requires hands-on work with a variety of tools and materials, strict adherence to safety standards, and active support of overall jobsite operations.

+ Build, assemble, align, brace, and remove concrete formwork, falsework, and shoring systems for foundations, walls, columns, and decks.
+ Read, interpret, and execute work from blueprints, schematics, sketches, and shop drawings to ensure projects meet design and specification requirements.
