Caribbean & LATAM Commercial Growth Leader (Remote)

Hotel Equities is seeking an outstanding VP of Commercial Strategy for the Caribbean and Latin America, a remote leadership role based in Mexico or the Dominican Republic. You will lead the regional commercial strategy across CALA, drive topline growth, oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution, and align with Ownership and Corporate Leadership.

The role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and ability to travel within the region as needed.
