Caretaker

We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our PPP Schools team in Kells. This is a full time, temporary role (6 Month Specified Purpose Contract) and will be subject to Garda Vetting whilst flexibility will be required as the successful candidate will work shifts in an effort to cover evenings and weekends.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To assist and support the FM Site Manager in providing day to day operational management for all services within a portfolio of buildings and to supervise facilities personnel as required. This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship skills. Working as part of a team, the Caretaker will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business and to develop relationships with both the client and their colleagues.
