Lead strategic HR initiatives at CarePartners as a Human Resources Business Partner in a hybrid role. Work primarily from home while visiting Ontario offices as needed.
This full-time position based out of Waterloo involves collaborating with leaders to strengthen people management strategies. Your focus will include coaching on performance management, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You'll also analyze data to provide insights for leadership improvements.
