Career Development Policy Analyst (Montreal)

FlexWork Consulting is looking for a policy consultant to support a government Career Development division on apprenticeship and workforce policy work — a 3‑month (likely more) part‑time subcontract.

Focus areas:

• Apprenticeship/trades certification policy and regulatory work
• F/P/T interjurisdictional coordination on apprenticeship
• Briefing notes, decision papers, policy options analysis

Ideal candidate:

• Background in labour market, apprenticeship, or skilled trades policy
• Public sector / government policy experience
• Strong written policy and briefing skills
• Comfortable working independently, remotely, part‑time

3 months + | part time | remote‑friendly | government client

Pay will depend on relevant experience.
