About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Student Talent Development, the Career Development Consultant is responsible for coordinating, organizing and facilitating the co‑op professional preparation courses using the career education curriculum. The incumbent provides information and guidance to undergraduate and graduate level co‑op students (and students participating in work integrated learning) through individual and group consultations to support employment preparation skills and career readiness to increase the probability of employability within the ever‑changing job market.
The Career Development Consultant designs and delivers career education curriculum including competency‑based programming using innovative teaching and learning practices.
